meal2:1chicken breast,1 saucer peach, 1pluot,1 c grape tomatoes,1/4 c cucumber,1/4 c nuts,2-16 oz h2o
meal3:4 oz 7% hamburger,1c coleslaw(made with apple,grn pepper,celery,lemon juice,evoo),2-16 oz h2o
snack2:1 saucer peach,protein shake without the carb.2-16 oz h2o

1:00pm Road House: 6 oz. Terriaki Chicken, 8 0z. Sweet Potato, 1 cup rice & vegies, 2 rolls, 2 cokes,
6:00pm 6 oz. chicken, mixed vegies, 16 oz. water
8:00pm Shake
