Warm-Up: 1 Round

 

High Knees slow/fast + Shoulder Circles + Squats + Lateral Shuffle + Bear Crawl + Lat. Plank Walks

 

W.O.D.: Work with a partner. 1 min. per exercise per partner. Each partner will complete 2 Rounds per exercise.

 

Push Ups + Sit Ups + Band Rows single arm + Burpees + Leg raises + Planks
