Warm Up: Shoulder Stretches

MB Rotational Group Pass (1 min. L - 1 min. R)

Squats 30 sec. then Squat jumps 30 sec

 

W.O.D.:

Reps Each Person= (15,14,13,12,10)

 

Sit Ups-Perform Sit Ups until your partner finishes Pull Ups

Pull Ups

 

Box Jumps 

MB Trunk Rotations- Perform MB Trunk Rot. Until partner finishes Box Jumps
