Mighty Murph= 1 mi. run + 100 Pull Ups + 200 Push Ups + 300 Squats

Mini Murph= ½ mi. run + 75 Pull Ups + 150 Push Ups + 250 Squats

Micro Murph= ¼ mi. run + 50 Pull Ups + 100 Push Ups + 200 Squats
