50 MB toe taps each leg
100 Jump ropes
30 SB Hypers
“THEN COMPLETE”
As many rounds as possible (AMRAP) in 30 min. of:
10 Deadlifts + 200m. Row + 20 KB swings (men 60-70lb., women 30-40lb.)
(Rest 1-2 min. between rounds. Increase lbs. on Deadlift each set as long as you maintain perfect form and technique)
