10-KB SDHP

10-KB Plank Rows each arm

25-Sit Ups

25-Back Extensions

Side Walk Lunges (from TG to First Watch & Back)

That was a good workout... but I'm beat from the rest of week's workout too. I was 15 minutes late to work but no one noticed and it was worth it to stick out the full workout! Only 17 more days to the PT test... can't wait.
