Lateral Shuffles 4 x’s left & right

Back Pedal Down & Back x’s 4

Lat. Lunge Stretch


WOD: Team Row- TIMED!

Each team member must complete (10, 8, 6, 4 Calories)

After each row perform 50 Jump Ropes


When Finished:  Run to Bridge & Back
