Ring Support (Lock out elbows and hold top position for 15 sec. x 10 rounds
TGU’s x 5 each side x 5 rounds increase weight each round
Push Ups (practice perfect form & technique) 5 x 10
ONLY PERFECT FORM REPS COUNT!!!
