(Women 25, 35, 45-- Men 40, 50, 60)

3: Run around bldg. come in front door

4: MMA Rows
(Men 10 reps/arm HEAVY, Women 20 reps/arm light)

5: Complete Obsticle Course

6: Push Ups 20 reps
