Bench- reps=2 @ 85% 1rm 215 lb
Deadlift- reps=3 @ 80% 1rm 350 lb
Power Clean- reps=4 @ 75% 1rm 150 lb
Push Press- reps=5 @ 70% 1rm 175 lb

Best Time=12:46

those arent push presses, they are push jerks. Very strong dude though.

Thanks. I keep trying to get him to do push presses but he feels more comfortable and more powerful with the push jerk. Either way he's getting crazy strong.

He's now doing 280 lb. front squats for reps. & 415-420 lbs. deadlifts for reps. This should transfer over to his other lifts and see further improvements in them as well.
