I think I'm going to have to ease back into it when I get back. I swear the pie, pineapple cake, mashed potatoes and sausage gravy with biscuits are NOT my fault.

I think Joe should do some extra burpees...that'd be a good way to ease back into the CF groove... or you could schedule another Murph... :)
